TENT4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,136 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTULIN, NSUN2, and MTRR. Each is linked with TENT4A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENT4A versus OTULIN in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
