Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,831 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome condensation, Mitotic chromosome condensation, and Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with TENT4A in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4A results are reported.
