TENT4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENT4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENT4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC7, OR2T4, and RBMY1D. Each is linked with TENT4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENT4A-to-partner and partner-to-TENT4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MUC7 grouped by TENT4A-low versus TENT4A-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENT4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENT4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
