TENM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,609 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, CTHRC1, and VCAN. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENM4 versus PCOLCE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
