Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,743 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, COL1A1, and CSMD2. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.
