TENM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,092 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUD13, ZWINT, and MED31. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUD13 grouped by TENM4-low versus TENM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
