TENM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BACH2, HIVEP2, and ZNF704. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENM4 versus BACH2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
