Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,377 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of gastrulation, Positive regulation of gastrulation, and Peptidyl-serine modification. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.
