TENM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,094 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYG1, INTS8, and ACTL7A. Each is linked with TENM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM4-to-partner and partner-to-TENM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYG1 grouped by TENM4-low versus TENM4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
