TENM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,067 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1R, CTHRC1, and DNAJC1. Each is linked with TENM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM2-to-partner and partner-to-TENM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TENM2 versus C1R in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
