Across TCGA patient cohorts, TENM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,890 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL1R1, NECAB1, and MSRB3. Each is linked with TENM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM2-to-partner and partner-to-TENM2 results are reported.
