Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,814 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Secretion by tissue, Regulation of osteoclast development, and Establishment of protein localization to membrane. Each is linked with TENM2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM2-to-partner and partner-to-TENM2 results are reported.
