TENM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TENM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,628 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TENM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, PTER, and GGTLC3. Each is linked with TENM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TENM2-to-partner and partner-to-TENM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELLS grouped by TENM2-low versus TENM2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TENM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TENM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
