TEN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,493 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC, RPRD2, and SIN3A. Each is linked with TEN1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEN1-to-partner and partner-to-TEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEN1 versus PRCC in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
