TEN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFC1B, RNU6-1301P, and RNU6-451P. Each is linked with TEN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEN1-to-partner and partner-to-TEN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CFC1B grouped by TEN1-low versus TEN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
