Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TELO2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TELO2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TELO2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TELO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCS, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where TELO2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
