TELO2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TELO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,689 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TELO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, HROB, and UBE2C. Each is linked with TELO2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TELO2-to-partner and partner-to-TELO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TELO2 versus MYBL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TELO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TELO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
