Across TCGA cell cohorts, TELO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,685 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TELO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Leading strand elongation, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with TELO2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TELO2-to-partner and partner-to-TELO2 results are reported.
