TELO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TELO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TELO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC185, C9orf92, and LCN1. Each is linked with TELO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TELO2-to-partner and partner-to-TELO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC185 grouped by TELO2-low versus TELO2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TELO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TELO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
