TEKT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,686 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDHR3, C9orf24, and HOATZ. Each is linked with TEKT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT3-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEKT3 versus CDHR3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
