TEKT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEKT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MX1, CMC2, and KXD1. Each is linked with TEKT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT3-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MX1 grouped by TEKT3-low versus TEKT3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEKT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEKT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
