Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEKT3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,553 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEKT3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Process utilizing autophagic mechanism. Each is linked with TEKT3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEKT3-to-partner and partner-to-TEKT3 results are reported.
