TEK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, HSPA12B, and PRKG1. Each is linked with TEK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEK-to-partner and partner-to-TEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEK versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
