Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,153 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADGRF5-AS1, SEMA3G, and VWF. Each is linked with TEK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEK-to-partner and partner-to-TEK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEK versus ADGRF5-AS1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
