TEK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,338 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A2, WNT5B, and STARD8. Each is linked with TEK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEK-to-partner and partner-to-TEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEK versus COL1A2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
