TEK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 676 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, SEMA3G, and ULBP3. Each is linked with TEK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEK-to-partner and partner-to-TEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB4 grouped by TEK-low versus TEK-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
