TEF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR13, NAXD, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with TEF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEF-to-partner and partner-to-TEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEF versus WDR13 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
