Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRR1A, CST11, and RIPPLY1. Each is linked with TEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEF-to-partner and partner-to-TEF results are reported.
