TEDC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TEDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,119 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TEDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB1, HTR1A, and HSFY1. Each is linked with TEDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEDC2-to-partner and partner-to-TEDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYBB1 grouped by TEDC2-low versus TEDC2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
