TECRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,970 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM200C, CHST13, and H2AC20. Each is linked with TECRL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECRL-to-partner and partner-to-TECRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
