TECR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,814 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJB1, CAMSAP3, and CC2D1A. Each is linked with TECR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECR-to-partner and partner-to-TECR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TECR versus DNAJB1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
