Across TCGA patient cohorts, TECR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are SF2, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK2. Each is linked with TECR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECR-to-partner and partner-to-TECR results are reported.
