TECR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TECR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TECR-associated genes across cancer lineages are H1-8, OR8K3, and GML. Each is linked with TECR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TECR-to-partner and partner-to-TECR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H1-8 grouped by TECR-low versus TECR-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TECR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TECR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
