Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TEAD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TEAD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATL2, RGL2, and TULP1. Each is linked with TEAD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TEAD3-to-partner and partner-to-TEAD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TEAD3 versus ATL2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.20.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TEAD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TEAD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
