TDRP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,634 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGEF10, RDX, and ZC2HC1A. Each is linked with TDRP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRP-to-partner and partner-to-TDRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRP versus ARHGEF10 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
