Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,644 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Copper ion export, Xenobiotic transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of transmembrane transport. Each is linked with TDRP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRP-to-partner and partner-to-TDRP results are reported.
