TDRP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDRP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRP-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2 and ASB17. Each is linked with TDRP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRP-to-partner and partner-to-TDRP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by TDRP-low versus TDRP-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
