TDRKH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRKH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,218 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRKH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, GATAD2B, and PRUNE1. Each is linked with TDRKH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRKH-to-partner and partner-to-TDRKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRKH versus POGZ in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
