TDRKH

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDRKH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDRKH-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG3, DARS2, and PPOX. Each is linked with TDRKH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDRKH-to-partner and partner-to-TDRKH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDRKH versus NDRG3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDRKH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDRKH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
