Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TDP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TDP2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TDP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TDP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and UCEC are the cancer types where TDP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
