TDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,429 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED20, MMUT, and SRPK1. Each is linked with TDP2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDP2 versus MED20 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
