Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,748 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIFC1, ZNF724, and E2F2. Each is linked with TDP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TDP2 results are reported.
