TDP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, H3C8, and MIR7702. Each is linked with TDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by TDP2-low versus TDP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
