TDP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,424 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, CARD6, and ZCCHC24. Each is linked with TDP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TDP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDP1 versus VRK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
