TDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM43CP, RNA5SP394, and RNU6-258P. Each is linked with TDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDH-to-partner and partner-to-TDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM43CP grouped by TDH-low versus TDH-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
