TDG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,384 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCYL2, SRSF9, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with TDG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDG-to-partner and partner-to-TDG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDG versus SCYL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
