TDG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDG-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, PIMREG, and UBE2C. Each is linked with TDG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDG-to-partner and partner-to-TDG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TDG versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
