TDG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TDG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3612, TRIM49D1, and RNU6-782P. Each is linked with TDG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDG-to-partner and partner-to-TDG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3612 grouped by TDG-low versus TDG-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
