TDG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TDG mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,956 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TDG-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR1D1, SP110, and POLA1. Each is linked with TDG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TDG-to-partner and partner-to-TDG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NR1D1 grouped by TDG-low versus TDG-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TDG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TDG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
