TCTA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TCTA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TCTA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1089P, RNU6ATAC42P, and RN7SL495P. Each is linked with TCTA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TCTA-to-partner and partner-to-TCTA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1089P grouped by TCTA-low versus TCTA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TCTA→partner) and Y-score (partner→TCTA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
